2. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any user who uses Yourferry.gr website, as well as the services and the products it provides, should accept the general terms and conditions relating to all bookings, whether made online, by telephone or directly from the offices of our company.
Yourferry.gr website is a mediator between the users and the providers, so the users will also have to accept the general terms of each provider separately.
Yourferry.gr provides a web portal that offers tourist products and services. Youferry.gr operates as a service intermediary (ferry ticket, car rental) offered by the providers listed on the website of each tourist agency. The user should consult the General Terms and Conditions of each provider.
The reservation of products or services through the website is only possible in case of availability of the specific product or service.
In case the reservation is made, the contract drawn up is solely binding for the user and the provider of the specific product or service.
Upon the completion of the relevant fields of the special booking form on our web site and completing the booking process, the user expressly orders yourferry.gr to mediate with the provider in regard with the travel service he/she wishes to receive.
In the event of changes to any service on behalf of the provider selected by the user, youferry.gr shall attempt to contact the user and inform him/her in good time by telephone or e-mail given that it has received appropriate information by the provider. Otherwise, it has no liability whatsoever.
The user is responsible for adhering to the rules set by the service provider and should be informed by the provider. In case the user violates the general rules of the website, yourferry.gr has the right to refuse orders regarding his/her reservation.
5. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
In the event of a purchase or just a reservation through youferry.gr website, your reservation will be confirmed by yourferry.gr or by the provider via email.
The customer is required to IMMEDIATELY check the correctness of the confirmation details (name, date of departure, destination etc) and inform regarfing any mistakes that will occur as soon as possible. Yourferry.gr will make every possible effort to correct any mistakes, and it is noted that late report of mistakes or failing to correct them in no way gives rise to the right to oppose against the agreement.
6. TICKETS SHIPMENT
Ferry tickets are sent to the customer by courier service or they can be picked up at yourferry.gr offices.
As regards reservations for hotels (vouchers), cars, and organised tours, the customer will receive via e-mail all the documents that are necessary for them.
Yourferry.gr’s fee for the mediation is included in the total price of the service or the product offered by the provider.
Any price changes or cancellation fees in the event of a modification or cancellation by the service provider received by the user, yourferry.gr bears no responsibility.
8. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment methods are listed in details on yourferry.gr website separately for each product or service. Only the methods of payment indicated on the website will be accepted.

Shipment of the tickets is only possible once they have been paid.
Yourferry.gr may, at its own discretion, invite the user to provide proof of his / her home address or copy of his / her credit card or proof of deposit in the bank account by fax or mail even before the final issuance of the ticket.
9. CANCELLATIONS MODIFICATIONS
The potential of a modification or cancellation of a ticket, a tour or another product or service provided by Yourferry.gr depends solely on the terms set by the provider.
Costs that may arise in the event of a modification or cancellation of a travel service, which is determined solely by the terms of the provider, is charged exclusively to the user.
In case the provider gives the user the right to cancel or modify the selected product or service and in case the user wishes to make any modification or cancellation of a reservation, he / she is required to inform Youferry.gr in writing of his / her request.
In case of modifications and cancellations, handling costs are not paid back to the customer. In any case there is a fixed charge for the cancellation or modification procedure by our office, which corresponds to € 3 per ticket plus the cruise ship’s cancellation fees (if and when they exist).
Following the departure: Tickets are not canceled, are not converted to an open date ticket and date modification is not possible.
Open date tickets: They should be used within one year from the date of issue otherwise they may be canceled with a 50% refund.
Passenger and vehicle tickets purchased through the website of Yourferry.gr or through the call center can be canceled according to the cancellation terms in the following ways:
1. For tickets that are NOT received, the passenger can request cancellation via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at +30 22940 23350 indicating all the details of the reservation as well as full contact details (phone, e-mail, fax).
2. For tickets that have been received, the passenger must present them in one of our Company’s offices.
10. MONEY REFUND
The date of a refund from cancellations depends on the type of service and will take place 30 days after the cancellation is complete.

4. Cases of force majeure (strike, delays, overbooking) that are not subject to yourferry’s jurisdiction and for which it bears no responsibility.
5. For additional charges that may occur upon receipt of the tickets by the central authorised offices of the ferries companies.
