Antiparos – which in ancient times was called Oliaros – is a small rocky island which is less than one nautical mile from Paros and the terrain is mostly flat. Cemeteries of the Cycladic period (3rd millennium BC) have been found on the island.
The highest peak of Antiparos is Profitis Ilias with an altitude of 301 meters. Access to Antiparos is by ferry boat from the port of Parikia and Punta.
