Volos Port
The port of Volos functions since 1893.Nowadays it is one of the most important ports in Greece, since it is the 3rd largest Greek port. Besides, it hosts a large number of cruise ships, and plays an important role in the movement of goods. The port of Volos connects by means of coastal navigation Central Greece with Northern Sporades.
The port of Volos is connected with the islands of Sporades (Skiathos, Alonissos, Glossa in Skopelos) and Mantoudi.
